We offer flexible proposals to meet the needs of our guests, available on the days the wine shop is open. For optimal service, booking is recommend, but is not mandatory.

Little tastes of all our labels (9-10 wines) accompanied by bread with organic extra vergin olive oil of our own production or grissini.

“DISCOVER OUR TERROIR”
Guided tasting, with a story about the company, of 4 wines, representative of our terroir, accompanied by bread/grissini with our organic EVO oil, salami and local cheeses:

“OUR UNIQUE VALUE' ”
Guided tasting, with story about the company, of 6 wines, representative of our terroir, accompanied by bread/grissini with our organic EVO oil, salami and local cheeses:
Price: € 30,00 per person
Duration: approximately 1 h.
“JUST A GLASS & RELAX” APERITIF
1 glass of wine or bottle of your choice accompanied by bread/breadsticks with our organic EVO oil, to be enjoyed in complete relaxation on our panoramic terrace.
On request for a fee, platter of salami and local cheeses.

TOURS PROPOSALS
A real journey to discover San Valentino; we will accompany you through our vineyards, showing proudly the different varieties of grapes which are the essence of our wines, from Sangiovese, to Syrah, from Cabernet Franc to Rebola; we will tell you the story of our winery and our territory, which boasts ancient origins, from the Etruscans to the Romans, from the Middle Ages to the present day. Passing through our vineyard and olive trees, we will venture into the barrel cellar to breathe the smell of our red wines aged in barrels and explain our winemaking techniques. The tour will end with a wine tasting:
"SAN VALENTINO WINE EXPERIENCE"
Guided tour of the cellar and tasting of 6 wines, the most representative, accompanied by bread/breadsticks with our organic EVO oil, salami and local cheeses:
Available every Tuesday and Friday afternoon at 3pm, on request with reservations required.

IMPORTANT NOTE:
- The visits and tastings could take place in groups.
- They will be carried out in English if guests of different nationalities are present.
- If you want the private formula service, it must be requested and booked (there is a supplement).
- Pets allowed.
- Any intolerances/allergies and dietary requirements must be reported in advance.

Wine shop
We are waiting for you in our wine shop, to taste and choose your favourite labels. We are open from Monday to Friday from 9:00 till 13:00 and from 14:30 till 18:00 (closed Tuesday afternoon) and Saturday morning from 9:00 till 13:00.
