A walk in the vineyards surrounded by ancient olive trees, medieval villages and rolling hills to discover the great wines of our land.
An ascending tasting of Sangiovese, from the Scabi Sangiovese Superiore Bio 2019 to the Conte di Covignano Sangiovese Riserva Bio 2017 up to the Terra di Covignano Sangiovese Riserva Bio 2016, historical reserve of San Valentino wines. To finish off, a taste of the 20-year-old “Contesse Muschietti” passito accompanied by a platter of salami and cheeses and organic oil.
